Graeme and His Family

Graeme is my (Max's) brother.

This is a small sample of the photos in our old family album, going back many years. Many of the photos are scanned from old prints or transparencies (slides). Due to the age and deterioration of some the prints and

transparencies, image quality may be rather poor in some cases.

All images taken by Max Jefferies or a member of my family, or on our behalf,

and copyright is retained by us in all cases and can only be used for private purposes.

Graeme felling a tree for our firewood business.

Our home-made gantry built by my Dad for moving logs to cut up.

My brother Graeme cutting up a tree with a McCulloch chain saw in the state forest out the back of the Mundaring Weir.

Graeme attacking another tree for the daily two 8 ton loads.

Allen helped out for a time in the firewood business.

All the wood had to be split ready for loading on the truck by hand.

They actually spent the week living out in the bush to cut the firewood and my Dad would come once or twice a day to pick up a truck load.

"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing

even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the

thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things

are naked and open to the eyes of Him* to whom we must give account."
